Our contribution
Insurance advice provided by Novartis Insurance Services is a free service for Novartis and the company’s employees. The information is provided on the basis of objective criteria and in line with the content of partner brochures in the best interests of the employees. Novartis Insurance Services forwards address details to the selected partners in agreement with the employee and only for the purpose of the partner drawing up an offer. Liability for any errors of advice or incorrect information lies with the service centre of the insurance provider, which is subject to the information obligations under Article 45 of the Insurance Supervision Act and confirms the final advice with a corresponding report for signature.
