Even after leaving the company, you can keep your health insurance with SWICA under the same conditions, provided you remain resident in Switzerland. For all other insurance policies the collective discount ends at the point when the next premium falls due.

According to the General Insurance Conditions (at SWICA Article 12 / Article 15), you must report changes of address and relocation of residence directly to the insurance company within 30 days, and the insurance ends automatically, among other things, when you move abroad, in accordance with the deregistration certificate, which you should report/submit directly by email.

Moving abroad

To terminate your insurance policy when moving away, send your confirmation of deregistration to the insurers concerned. This certificate is obtainable from the local authority at your place of residence. When you move abroad, special conditions apply. Ideally, inform us in person. More here
