Novartis Business Services has drawn attention to the fact that the correspondent bank which performs money transfers to foreign banks (i.e. from CHF to EUR) can no longer guarantee use of the EuroFX exchange rate. The correspondent bank uses the rate of its central bank on the nearest working day after processing of the transfer.
Please note that Novartis cannot be held liable for exchange rate fluctuations or losses. Novartis Business Services is cooperating with the correspondent bank to find a better solution.
